– Turnaround: 5 days for both photography and videography from the shoot date. Rush delivery (under 72 hrs) is available for +25%.
– Raw files are not included in any service. Raw photos and raw MP4 files can be supplied at an additional fee (see Add-Ons).

– Usage rights: personal use by default; commercial use is an add-on.
