Account: The profile generated for a user or vendor to get access to and utilise the platform.
Content: any text, pictures, videos, and other materials that users or suppliers upload or post on the site.

Privacy Policy: The document outlining the platform’s procedures for gathering, using, and safeguarding user data.

2.2 Service provider
By agreeing to our Terms and conditions, as a service provider, you are bound to provide service only regarding photography and studio recording, which are (photoshoot sessions, including edits and studio recording sessions, mixing, mastering, video recording sessions, including edits, events and any other activities that involve a camera, microphone and a computer).
3. Updates of the terms and conditions
These Terms of Service may be updated and revised at any moment, at our sole discretion. All modifications take effect as soon as we publish them online and are applicable to all future access to and usage of the website. You acknowledge and agree to the modifications if you use the website after the terms of service have been updated. Every time you visit this website, you should check this page to be informed of any changes, as they are binding on you.
4. User conduct
Users consent to using the Platform in an appropriate and polite manner. Posting, sharing, or transmitting any content that is offensive, defamatory, dangerous, infringing, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable is prohibited on the Platform. Additionally, you commit to refraining from any actions that can impede or disturb the Platform or any of the services connected to it. The Platform may not be used by users or suppliers to advertise, solicit, or take part in any unlawful activity or schemes. We reserve the right to look into any suspected illegal activity and to take appropriate action, which may involve ending user or vendor accounts, reporting suspected illegal activity to law enforcement, and deleting any unlawful content from the Platform, among other things.
7. Account Registration
You need to create an account in order to enjoy some features of the Platform. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information and maintain your account up to date. You bear the responsibility for keeping your account credentials private and for any actions taken using your account. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to us right away.
8. Termination
For any reason, including but not limited to if you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account and your access to the Platform without prior warning or liability. Your access to the Platform will be terminated instantly upon such termination. You can delete your account using your account settings and stop using the Platform if you would like to cancel it.
9. Services provided
The Platform offers a booking marketplace where customers may reserve studio and photography services from different providers. Since we don’t offer the services directly, we can’t be held accountable for the quality, security, or legality of what suppliers offer. The availability of services may vary depending on the schedule of the vendor and other variables.
10. Booking and payments
The booking procedure specified on the Platform must be followed in order to book a service. Any applicable taxes are included in the pricing displayed on the Platform. Using the payment options provided on the Platform, the Booking Fee and any other relevant fees must be paid at the time of booking. We maintain the right to alter the costs and fees at any moment. 11. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a booking in accordance with the vendor’s cancellation policy, which is displayed on the vendor’s profile. Cancellations made outside of this policy may result in penalties or fees. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team.
12. Intellectual property
Intellectual property laws safeguard all of the information and assets on the Platform, including text, photos, logos, and software. Without our prior written consent, you are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform. 14. Limitation of liability

All payments for services booked through our platform must be processed exclusively via the website’s designated payment system. StudioShoot does not provide protection or support for any transactions conducted outside of the platform. Any attempt to bypass our payment system, including requests for direct payments via cash, bank transfer, or third-party payment methods not allowed on the platform, is strictly prohibited. Users engaging in such activities will face immediate suspension or permanent banning from the platform. This policy is in place to ensure the security and integrity of all transactions and to protect both clients and service providers.
18. Indemnification
In the event that any of the following occurs: (i) you use and access the Platform; (ii) you violate any term of these Terms; (iii) you violate any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) you are alleged to have caused damage to a third party, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StudioShoot, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) from and against one another.
19. Severability
The remaining sections of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect in the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term to be unlawful or unenforceable. To the greatest degree allowed by law, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed amended to make it legitimate and enforceable.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and StudioShoot regarding the use of the Platform and supersede and replace any prior agreements you might have with us regarding the Platform.
21. Miscellaneous
The remaining provisions of these Terms shall survive any determination that any of them is invalid or unenforceable. The entirety of our agreement with you about the use of the Platform is included in these Terms. We do not waive any of these Terms’ provisions just because we choose not to enforce them.
