This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds will be issued for Services booked through StudioShoot (“we,” “our,” “us”) on studioshoot.co.uk (“Platform”). By booking a Service through the Platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Cancellations by user

Before Service Date: You have up to 24 hours to cancel your reservation. Within this time frame, you will get a complete refund minus any non-refundable costs if you cancel.

Within 24 hours of the Service Date: Unless otherwise noted in the vendor’s cancellation policy, cancellations made within 24 hours of the planned Service will not be eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy

You will not be entitled to a refund if you unexpectedly miss your planned Service appointment.

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: Please provide your booking information and the reason for the refund request to our customer service team here to request a refund.

Processing Time: Following receipt of your request, refunds will be handled within 14 days. The original payment method will be credited with the amount that is being returned.

Non-Refundable Fees:  A few payments, like reservation fees, might not be refunded. When making a reservation, they will be made very apparent.

Exceptions
